Youth Empowerment Integration Program!
Integrity ~ Accountability ~ Empowerment ~ Responsibility.
Changing the future together!
Yes! While we are not hiring as of 7/2022 but expect to be in the summer of 2023.
We will have a variety of schedules to chose from and casual dress code. Starting wages are preset, but raises will be given at successful completion of probationary period of 10%; then Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) each January and at the one year mark, pending satisfactory performance. We will offer Medical, Dental, and Vision after 90 days. 401K, gym reimbursement, and professional development after 1 year. We have a great Administrative team that strives for a solution-based approach and teaching moments with youth and staff alike. Boundaries are our biggest concern so make sure you have good boundaries with clients and want to learn.
Honestly, cash would be my first thought.
However, a home in which to put the program in is most important. It can be to rent or buy. The home needs to be able to accommodate 12-16 youth (bedroom sizes by sq ft), have a large area that we can use for a dining hall, and space for an office. If it within city limits, a landlord must be willing to let us rezone the house to an RS4 (Residential, special, I believe it means) and install a fire suppression system at our cost. To purchase, little to no money down except first/last/deposit. This is what has held us up from being able to provide services.
We can always use office & school supplies (note pads, pens, sheet protectors, #2 pencils), groceries, gift cards, and holiday sponsorships. Right now we are limited on storage space but have 2 large storage units full of furniture. We can also use bunkie boards, twin single bed frames, twin over twin bunk beds, linens, new towels, suitcases, sleeping bags (for camping), blankets, warm coats, video games for PlayStation 2, controllers & games for Xbox 360, a 42ish inch tv, and mountain bikes sized for high school youth.
